I got my Blitz SBC ID yesterday, installed it last night. It took all of 30 minutes to install. All I gotta say is DAAAAYYYYYUUUUMMMM, it is the BEST investment I have made yet for my car. It, by far, is better then any MBC. The options that are available on the damn thing just rock. It has a boost spike protection. Overboost protection. ECT ECT.

I have it just sitting in my pocket for now, but will be making a custom cubby on the front of the pocket door to pit it, and the Power meter in. (when I get that in)

Ill take pics of it tonight, how it is in. and then take pics of the custom graft into the pocket door later. :D

give me more info
im interested in this and in the power meter id

how easy to install

and details

att irr 1239/2000 PR

There is 1 harness to run into the eninge bay, 1 vac line to run into the passenger compartment (for boost metering) 2 vac lines to tap, and a 12v ignition, and ground wire to hook up.

I dont have the Power meter yet, but will do a how to on that, as it is a monitoring system, and will connect to several different wires. :D

Hey where are the pics????
Are you having any problems with spiking???
Did you get the optional harness kit???
If so, are the readings for the A/F accurate???
What about the actual boost gauge itself? Do you find that it is accurate?

Actually there is only 3 wire to hook up on the powermeter id: Power (red) Ground (black) and speed signal (orange) thats it. I thought it would be more to it also but, then again I dunno how accurate it is. There is also a "speed map" on the sbc id that will come up with the powermeter id hooked up to it. (Sorry Cirielle I'll hook that up on your car as soon as I get a chance, I just forgot). Also the a/f ratio will be about as accurate a an autometer gauge. The boost gauge should be pretty accurate though.
