One thing I noticed is that I have a little more boost and vacum now. I was at 18-19 Vac now I am 20-21 same with the boost, Its steady at 6.5 07. RUns great but I really dont have much of an ass dyno to tell a great big difference.

Yup...I loved his SMIC on my MSP, and his FMIC on my MSM!

For Me the SMIC, One big reason is the VA Front License plate why have a FMIC when the plate blocks a lot of the air. The SMIC is really big and nothing blocks the air flow. 2nd Its easier to install. Pull a few bolts the fan pipes and your done. I may rather have a FMIC but the price is outta my range and not really worth it with the VA tags. You cant loose with the Custom SMIC.

Hey DOes ANYONE have the SAmco hose with an aftermarket BOV? I noticed the samco has a flange for the stock BOV...?

It's the best SMIC for the protege IMO. Pressure tested with zero pressure loss. Some higher quality intercoolers have greater pressure losses, yeah, good intercooler... good price, and definetly good quality and post sale service.
