There is a paint thats similar to what that photoshop shows but its not as extreme. The del sol is painted foil gold and its not cheap and it doesn't last very long.

it looks like a bad photoshop job or the owner took a lot of time to have red chrome vinyl put onto the body. chrome and gold vinyl is available but i've never seen red. maybe on balloons or party favors but nothing that big.

Doesn't have to be vinyl, could be painted chrome red. I like it, although I think paint jobs like that usually look best on older cars for some reason. I fear any custom paint job on a daily driver though. I'd worry myself into the hospital every time I'd leave the driveway. Unless I was rich.
