Inner Door Trim Crackles while driving need a quickfix

Anyone has found a quickfix for preventing the door inner trim from crackling.
Drivers & Passenger side both have the same problem.

( Power window arm rest area that silver trim corners crackle now while driving If you push a little on it the noise goes away)

Nah it's this location highlighted in red it seems to crackle on the corner normally where your elbow would be. * Silver trim*

Hmm..weird....maybe get it replaced or pull it off and put it back on??
