R RichB Member : 2007 Cosmic Blue Mazdaspeed 3 GT Dec 15, 2010 #9 yup, comes with everything needed. The installs are pretty straight forward. You can also find links to instructions on their respective websites. Do you have a c-clamp tool? You'll need it to install the bov flange.
