Any ideas on how to install joes FPR kit into my injen intake. i was going to drill a hole in the intake but dont want to looks bad. So i might drill a hole into the rubber connector in the intake that holds the intake together and put it there. What do you guys think... (thought) (mspo)

Sounds like a good idea.....(uhm) I can't think of any reason why that wouldn't work.

just drill the hose connecting to the MAF. Theres a pic floating around in one of the FPR threads. I swear no one on this board uses the search button....

I wouldnt use the search button either, with the amount of post on here all you get is a ton of nonsense and then maybe after a good 30 mins of looking you might find what you need.

I have mine vented to the atmosphere. Its such a small ammount of air, that the car does not miss it. :D
Uh, wouldn't that miss the point of the FPR kit all together? I thought the FPR kit took air out of the intake manifold and threw it back into the intake so the car levels out a bit more than it did before. Venting to atmosphere just means the air is leaving...

Wait, are you talking about the FPR kit or a BOV? :D

Boost is good you have your FPR kit just sitting under the hood not drilled into the intake ? So you guys think i should just drill a hole into the intake or into the connectors on the intake?

I have mine venting to air. How the FPR works is like this:

It bleeds pressure to the Fuel pressure sensor, to trick it into putting less fuel to the injectors under load. Just like a boost controller bleeds off boost to the wastegate, to fool it into opening at a higher boost level. :D

Then why would Joe even bother with the extra tube connecting the FPR to the intake?

I asked Joe about this before I ordered the FPR and he said to either drill the silicone coupler or leave the hose secured to the side somewhere just like boostisgood said.
