Injen CAI

Does any one know where the air filter lies in Injens CAI application? Does it differ than AEM or is it the same location?

Does the fron bumper cap need to be removed to install the Injen CAI. I checked the instructions and theya re stating that the front bumper cap needs to removed in order to install the air filter protion of it.

No, you do not have to remove the bumper at all. you just have to unscreww the fender well from the fender, you may have to remove you tire to get to it. If Anyone wants to buy a Injen CAI i have one on Ebay.

It depends...removing the facia makes the cai instalaton 30%-50% more easy...but thats not including the removal of front facia. not jackoin the car and not removing the wheel makes it harder and is a not-so-short short cut.

Did any one install a Injen CAI on their auto tranny? Ptuning says its for both transmissions but im not sure. I think it will fit both because injen is bent diffrently than AEM. Correct me if im wrong.

Yep..just as i thought...im glad ive waited for injen. Ill be buying it sometime next month. Ive got the 2.0L and im hopping it will fit.

should at least see some gains but since nobody (We Know Of) has dynoed this setup on a 2.0...only #s we can give would be speculations at this time...

...They are only rated for the 2.3L application. The Injen specifically says "fits all 2.3L applications."

Turbo, I'm unsure if this will fit you car. Before you drop some serious ching you should check it out more.

If any one has Installed the INJEN CAI PLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEASE post pics of the install more pics the better. I feel like a fat kid with 50 bucks in a candy store with no parental supervision I am undecided and drooling over which one to install. HELP! (omg)
