I just put my injen cai on over the weekend, and its nice...pulls harder up top. But I noticed when i'm watching my boost gauge..it takes a little longer to spool up than before. Once is fully spooling though, it has more power...

aka...long ass tube with alot of bents....this is th flow restriction i have stated before.....

yeah...i'm still happy with the power gain at the higher rmps...

well hopefully if i get a downpipe that will aid in faster spool up...

stock piping alot shorter.....also the angle of bend effects it also

If I remember correctly the stock piping is a lot longer and has a couple of goofy bends??

Yea am I thinking about it  , look at the stock piping, from the box it loops back and loops forward then into the turbo. If anything its about the same.

well either way its a good mod i think...just need to find something to stop the pipe from squeking around the hole..

for that just use a rubber hose, cut a slit down the middle and line it around the hole. Thats what i did with mine and it seems to work pretty well.

How in the hell do you get the pod filter on? Do you have to remove the inner fender skirt? Just preparing for installing one of these. ;)

good idea...what did you use to hold the rubber to the lining?

I actually used nothing. If the rubber is stiff enough it'll clamp on. Plus there is a slight lip there which further helps it.
