You know, I'm certainly no tech wizard, but it would seem to me that it wouldn't/shouldn't be such a big deal for someone who is to come up with a way to upgrade software/firmware on a relatively simple system such as this to add a simple app such as Pandora. Very frustrating to be at the mercy of Madza and Pandora on an issue as insignificant as this.

since it does seem to have the update option it would hopefully mean they did design it with the ability to do an update.

They may have just done that as a way to deal with bugs if they showed up but now we just need them to offer it for the new features.

Sadly it didn't read like the customer service person really understood the question about the upgrade; although at the end they did seem to grasp it a bit... maybe.
