In dash NAV and Handsfree solution

I have been on the lookout for a in dash nav/handsfree solutions for my MS6. The units the PG is looking at are nice but the link above is for the MS6. Since it goes in the stock location its not that ideal for NAV since you would have to look down. Is there a aftermarket system like the OEM system in the GT models that goes in the map box?

I love the car but I need a hands free system for conference calls while traveling around and I hate headsets but that may be what I have to get.

There is a model, by Caska I believe, that replaces the map pocket with a monitor. Actually, I've seen two different units, one that looks like the map pocket and one that has a couple extra buttons around it. Look around, you'll find them...I don't have any links handy at the moment unfortunately.
