I've successfully changed the temperature settings from degrees F to degrees C. Is there a method of changing the tripometer and the total distance travelled from Miles to kms or is part of the ECU chipset?

Very strange that the Owners manual does not have this information.

Typically, you can hold in the button on the odometer for 10 seconds or so, and it switches mode. I have not tried this on mine.

In the DVD NAV system, there is a setting to configure metric/English. Perhaps they are tied together.
