im so ******* pissed

how hard did you hit him? I say, hit him in the face with the same velocity next time you see him.

ummmmm, even though you hit him, doesn't he still get in trouble for leaving the scene of an accident or something of that nature?

i finally looked at my car

new grill, bumper and hood at least...i didnt want to try to open the hood cause i didnt know if i could get it closed again

as far as i know the cops didnt cite him for anything, i left before they finished with him though, he could barely stand up and i know for a fact he used to do coke and sell it as well, hopefully they got him on something after i left

btw, it doesn't really matter that he was in his driveway, they can still ticket you, and if he's drunk he could get hit with a dui, wreckless driving and fleeing the scene of the accident if it's proved he was involved of course, yea he could be ****** right now.

Exactly. If they figured out that he was driving at the time of the accident and also intoxicated, he WILL get ticketed for it. A friend of mind got totally wasted one night and ended up driving 1/3 of the way home before just pulling off the road and sleeping in his car. Well a cop stopped by to check things out, and he asked why he was sleeping in his car. My friend didn't lie and said "because I had too much to drink". So the cop cited him for DUI simply because he WAS driving at 1 point and WAS drunk. So at least they may have cited your "friend" for that much too.

this will all strighten out. you should have persitted with the cops to get a sobriety test. He left the scene of an accident. That is a felony, not misdomenor, but a felony. They had the right to go in his house especially if they saw that his car was messed up in the driveway. If he does not get in trouble, just remember to let things cool down a bit, then **** up his car.

i sure hope they did something, when i left they said they werent gonna do anything but maybe they changed their mind or he did something stupid

the sex definately wasnt good enough for all this crap

i didnt even know it was his ex until the next day, just thought it was his roomate, she left out the part about being his ex...guess they broke up but still live together...if i knew i wouldnt have done it

I'd say, don't **** up his car, it's kinda like a cheap shot and pointless. If you are man enough, give the guy a beating or else just dont' do anything.I mean, don't you find it pussy to just **** with someone else's car?

Well considering that the guy is even slightly intelligent, which he might be, despite his actions, he could easily file an assault suit again no rotor, and probably win, or at least get a decent settlement. Unless he waits like a year, then the case will evaporate. But I dont consider driving him insane the pussy way out. It's the fun, non-violent way. And it really does drive them crazy. But other than that, then ******* with the car is stupid. It's the long term psychological effect that's funy, not just pissing him off when he sees a scratch or something.

Umm...I wanna call BS on something, but I believe your story for some reason. However the problem is if you called the cops on him, and they came out they CAN prove that his vehicle hit your car.

But how? Well something called paint transfer...plain and simple. If the collision was enough to cause the kind of damage that you are talking about than there will be paint transfer. Alls the officers have to do is look at your car, and look at his..that simple. On his car will be your paint, on your car will be his paint. Not only that but his car will have damage also.

Now what this does, is you can at least claim on his insurance for the damages. Than if they prove that he was driving the car, he is up for insurance fuand, hit and run, possibly DUII.

So my suggestion to you, and this is from experience...get the ******* police back out there and look at your car and his. Again, if the damage is as bad as you say there WILL be paint transfer, and you can also line impact points with one another. Meaning the damage on his car should line up some what with the damage on your car.

Good luck with racking his ass across the coals man.

most likely he is ****** on insurance now because of what I said on my other post of him not getting the cops to do a field sobriety test on the guy. now he needs witnesses stating that that guy was DWI. Ifnot, his insurance will go up do to the fact that he was the one that hit the other guy, even though he is not at fault. That is the way it goes 90% of the time when you hit someone from behind

I can almost garuntee that he will not have issues with the insurance on this one. The simple fact that he called the police, and a report is on record with the city/county. This is good for him cause it sounds like the other guy didn't file a police report, so it shouldn't be hard at all to prove that the other guy caused it. Cause how many people that do we all know that WOULDN'T call the police if someone re-ended us and ****** up our cars? No...one!!

So again, get the police back out there and get ahold of the insurance companies involved. Also...go down to the DMV and file a report with them. Get the guys license plate number, and just tell the DMV that the person driving this car caused an accident and you were the victim than ran, also let them know that you filed with the police. Than once that is done, take your police report, take the DMV filling and call the insurance.

Once you have the insurance on the line, tell them what happen. Tell them that the ****** caused the accident, you filed a police report and a DMV report. The one thing that the insurance can't argue is that he didn't file...thus helping you prove that he is guilty. Although don't mistake him not filling out a report as an automatic admission to guilt. It will just help, not only that but than his insurance company(which your insurance company can get ahold of via the license plate number) will call his ass. Than once he denies it, or if he says you hit him...you get to fight. Than once you prove he is lieing...oh boy he is ******.
