I'm ashamed of what I've done.

I always heard bad things about V6 mustangs.
When I drove a 2013ish V6 rental in Hawaii for a week I expected it to be a total piece of crap, but it impressed me with it's power and agility.

Apparently the POS label only applies to the 2010 V6 (210HP 4.0L!) but after the 2011 refresh it's a decent car with 305HP out of a slightly smaller engine.

Correct. The 305hp versions were only a HAIR slower than the V8 versions of 2010 and prior, well within "driver's race" distance, much to the older V8 owner's chagrin, I am sure.
