The Mazda 6 US was supposed to be the first 6 designed only for the North American market. Then..Japan gets theirs, and it's STILL BETTER! Damn that's hot!

I like the new 6, but in those pics the "Cougarness" just jumped out at me. I do like the Japan/Euro market 6 more than the US one, the smaller and more nimble car must be great to drive.

I'm hopping if you get station in Japan, the last car in your mind would be a Mazda 6. I would start with an EVO 6 at least.

well i say **** most of the other cars mentioned. Plus I am a mazda fanboy and have had all mazda's except 1 car. Plus I like my MSP and how its more rare then most, and having the JDM 6 in the states when almost no one else did would make me happy... my post might sound like i am upset and I am, working on christmas eve and christmas sucks and I am bitter...

lol but really there are many cars i would love to get and when i saw pics/specs for the euro spec 6 i would have got one if it came here, so yeah...

I am not going as of now, but i am trying hard to get orders there...

If it must be a Mazda, I would go for a:

1. RX-7 Bathurst

or

2. RX-7 Spirit R

This does come to easy for most of us. I'm in the Military and I have been trying to get orders to Japan for 14 year with no luck. If it was me, I would take advantage of owning cars that most of us can only dream of (those 2 on top would be my first choice also). I would try to bring them state side too.

in japan, they have used car dealerships specifically for sports cars. i went to one and i couldnt believe how many cool cars there were. gtr's silvias, legacy's etc.... when i think about it, it seems like a dream dont go and waste the opportunity on a family sedan, get something people will be jelious about!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am not ruling any of it out. I like having something rare but could give a **** less about making ppl jeallous even more so If its not something I truly want....and I am not saying I would get the 6, but since i wanted one already it would be hard not too...there are a bunch of cars i would get, was kinda just saying lol

I had an Integra in Okinawa. I had to sell it before I left.

But if anyone goes back there TAKE ME WITH YOU IN YOUR SEABAG!!!!! lol It didn't seem as cool at the time since there's nothing but service people and mamasans everywhere, but it was really peaceful and beautiful. I miss it sometimes actually. *getting sentimental* sniff, sniff.... haha
