Idoling problem with my mazda 6. Help!!!

I have a 2005 mazda 6. When the car idols and is in drive the car vibrates drastically. I feel the vibration in the steering wheel, the drivers seat and the brake pedal. The dealer has checked the idol and says it is idoling where it should be. There is something very wrong and no one knows what the problem is. Can anyone help?
