Check for cracks in your intake piping after the VAF and make sure everything's sealed up tight.

I think it may be my ghetto-spec intake filter...lol.

If it's clogged, then yeah...but it'd probably be sluggish through the power band.

Naw...the intake filter I'm using does not fit correctly. It's kinda just "on" there. I need a new one.

There's got to be a leak somewhere. The kit you have on your car fits together like crap, so I wouldn't be surprised if there was a leak, especially with that BOV fitting installed.

I bet if you replaced all of that with a custom setup with or without an I/C, it'll run a lot better.
