Ideas, suggestions...PLEASE

(k) Hey y'all, this is the first ever message I've posted so bare with me!
I just (like yesterday)bought my very first car, a silver 2002 protege5. I am considering adding bodykit...lights...graphics...i don't know. I know very little about this stuff, so if anyone could help me out with suggestions of what looks good on protege5's and how i would go about finding a place to do it for me I would really appreciate it!

on this site youll find the majority dont favor neons or graphics, or outrageous body kits because there is a bad reputation about them now.

Just remember, do what YOU like, don't do what everyone else is doing, dont do it just be cause its something to do, dont do it just to look different.

also, cheap stuff LOOKS like cheap stuff *cough* onderground design stuff *cough*.

Just an idea, if you really wanna learn the stuff, other than body work, and stuff that has to be painted, i'd suggest doing some hands on mods yourself, it save money on installs and with this forum at your fingertips you can get a answer to any question you have for installing whatever your doing, within a hour or so.

I knew jack about my msp, turbo was all new thing to me, i have done all the installs myself thus far (with the help of derrick and a few others from the forum), I learned alot and if i got hung up on something i used the forum as a resource for quick answers. welcome to the community.

personally, i like mint blue kits the best, or auto exe....if you want performance mods, go with a turbo, i got spo0Lins turbo kit and love it....after that, theres suspension which im going to go with the jic brand, theres brakes...rr racing big brake kit, theres carbon fiber stuff....dg motorsports?, like said before, do the mods yourself, youll feel a whole lot better about your car and you will take a lot more pride in it. welcome to the board and if theres anything you need, just ask...
