Hmm, still interested. Supercharger seems more reliable then turbo. Also like the idea of being able to "turn" boost on and off with the clutch type charger. Decisions suck.
the most I saw was 9.5psi, I seem to have some kind of leak in the IAC and or throttle body, this is due to the old stock parts. it will reach 11-13psi, due to math equations on pulley ratios and size of the motor. a guy in England build a 6 inch pulley and seen 8psi consistently and a stock pully @ 5.5inchs is about 4.5psi.
you are correct, because the supercharger is clutch it can't easily be changed to a smaller diameter I am increasing the crank pulley from 5.5inches to 6.7inches this will give you more boost
gotcha. so you're overdriving the accessories... first time I've heard of that! hope it doesn't have negative consiquenses on the alternator. did you happen to have a volt gauge on it?
