looking at getting a lighterpulley but i dont need an adjustable one. so where will i get the spec ? also interested in lightened fly wheel, they are on ebay but not for 98- 1.6.
any dir would be great

Skip the lightweight pulley. 99% of the Miata crowd recommends against them, especially if you are doing any type of FI. Just my word of advice, I remember seeing it pop up all over m.net and the general idea was to skip it. If you want a increase in NA power spend the money on cams and cam pulleys.

Lightweight flys.....ohh god there are so many to choose from. I would start looking at FM and work my way down the list of vendors on m.net. Youll be guaranteed to find at least 10 different ones.

You say 1.6 for a 98'? I take it you meant 1.8?

nope, he's got the 1.6. outside of the US the 1.6 was still availible.

You have 2 options:
1: get a flywheel for a US spec 90-93, since it's the same motor.
2: get a flywheel and clutch for a 1.8l it will bolt up with no issues. it's a common upgrade for those wanting more power

I didnt see the location....

Unless hes going for a huge power increase....I would stick with the 1.6 fly. Its lighter and bolts up to his already 1.6 clutch. The 1.8 upgrades are more for the FI route.

true. but if you're gonna be in there, might as well replace the clutch too.
