actually they are not, eurodezign bulbs are great and depending on who you get them from they are supposed to have a good warrenty on them.
The real reason one of them blew out on you already was probably the install. When u install bulbs like that that have a xenon/krypton gas in them like thos(btw they are 5200k) YOU CAN NOT TOUCH THE GLASS BULB WHEN INSTALLING. if you touch the glass anywhere you leave oils from your skin and the electricity in the bulb and heat will concentrate on that one spot and burn out alot quicker than if properly handled. I put on plastic surgeon like gloves the first time and the second time(2 diff cars) I just held them in a tissue as I installed.
I have those bulbs in the link u posted in my car in the lows, highs and fogs, I absolutely love the way they look and the brightness of the light they produce and I have had them in about 4 months now with not a single problem.
Every once ina while a cheaper product is still a good product, IMO this is one of those cases.
