It is setup pretty basic which is good because it keeps it clean and easy to navigate. Overall not to offend you I've seen many others like it so form that point of view it is not going to make me choose your over antherone because of looks.

I find the following hard to believe:

"Wicked Ways! The #1 Online source for all you car audio and Accessory Needs. We have the most knowledgeable staff in car audio equipment on the net. "

"We specialize in all things that run on 12 Volts And can fit inside and ouside of your car. We have every kind of monitor you could posibly need to put anywhere inside and outside of your car. We Carry Nothing but Top of the line equipment. We carry some of the Largest monitors available for consumer purchase for the Lowest prices."

For the love of god....please done sell rocky mountain radar radar detectors....they are proven to be crap...and the jamming abilities have not been proved by any test to do anything whatsoever. By selling these you'll just get angry customers after they buy them, and you're ripping people off. Other than that the site looks pretty good.

Its basic, but not too inviting. I think the biggest thing you are lacking is an identity. Right now you don't really have a solid looking logo. I almost expected to see a customer car rather than jump right into the products. It's also a bit too symmetrical. It would help to have more dramatic product shots. Please don't feel in any way that I'm bagging on your site. I hope you can take this as constructive critisism.

Im willing to extend a discout to my fellow members just drop me a line at the contact page. I love the feedback. im wanting to make a new page format maybe in flash but i lack the skill. if someone could suggest some software or make a trade for some equipment that would be fine.. i would also pay someone, it's up to them

Its pretty simple and that is good. As bdg667 said, you need a logo, not just a clipart title on top of the page.

Heres a logo example. Something I just made:

sgryzko--no offense, but don't go looking for any design jobs :) Drop shadows and logos are on my top 5 never-do list.

As far as the website goes; as a professional website designer, I'd say it needs a lot of help. A lot. If we were to compare your online store front to a brick and morter store front, your store front is in the middle of nowhere in a dilapidated building, and your sign is missing some lights, and the asphault parking lot is totally cracked and potholed, with weeds growing in the middle of it. And you've got a bunch of old faded stickers and crap in the window. Would you shop at a place like that, or believe them when they tell you they're #1?

I hate to be down on your site, but if you really want a successful online venture, you're going to need more website than you personally are able to design. And for God's sake--don't make this a flash site. Flash and e-commerce don't mix. Spend your money on a well designed traditional website, get a logo without a drop shadow on it which has some thought put into the design, lose the image collages, shorten your pages to 2 screen lengths maximum, and get a product database set up.

Websites are hard, such is life. Hope you have some cash, very few websites appear out of the garage and make money. It's an investment just like any other business.

Dish out $500 to a graphic designer and you will have a site that is 100 times better. To be blunt...it is about a decade behind.

For starters:
1) There is too much white space or 'dead' space. You need to pack it in.
2) Your banner is too busy
3) I don't consider BOSS a top of the line product...I don't know who would.
4) What is the point of the 'night-shot' of a P5
and that's page 1 in a nutshell.
