I love my dealership

Just a heads up, all. I read a bunch of complaints on here about dealerships, but good one's DO exist. I think part of it is where I live, and part of it is being lucky, but my local dealership is awesome. They just detailed out my CX-5, inside/out, vacuumed, etc. while I nommered up gummies and amos cookies inside. For free. Because they are cool like that. And will do it again any time I bring it by. Because they love their customers and all. Did a really good job on it, too. Just a heads up---if your dealership isn't getting it done how you like---FIND ONE THAT WILL! Mazda has some good dealers!

The Mazda Gold cup awarded dealerships are a good place to start as has been brought up in another recent thread. Glad yours makes you happy...

My dealer, Town North Mazda, is the oldest Mazda dealer in DFW area. They're small and private owned. The personnel are very stable including the salemen which speaks how well the owner treats his employees. Although their price is not always the lowest, but I have no complaints about their services to the customer.

I'd be willing to eat a few hundred bucks in price for the good will built up later when it comes to "iffy" warranty situations (my diff...).
However, I did not even buy this Mazda from this dealer, that's the killer part.

Good Comment!! People are quick to criticize but slow to compliment. Your comment provides balance to a ton of dealership hate. I live in Tulsa, OK and we have a great dealership in Nelson Mazda.

Yea northpark mazda of san antonio is good. The last time I was there like 5 techs were checking out my mods on the lift, and then one guy took me to his station and showed me a turbo manifold he had built for his MSP. The n we just talked about turbos lol. Also the dealership is owned by a mazda race car driver

I try to be level handed. If it impresses me, I compliment it. If I am annoyed, I also speak up about it.
