yeah..best thing to do is to print out the paper showing whut they are supposed to do and show them and have them do it..i had them do my bushings..which they only lubed them and so far so good but..they were gonna charge me 40 bucks just for lubing them and i took up the sheet of paper showing they had a tsb on it and they waived all charges..just do that and im sure they would change their mind

Not only did i win my fight..but an 03 wasnt even listed on the TSB for it to be done!! they told me they would do it for me anyway. i have contacted mazdausa before when i was unhappy with them...i think they fear me now
