don't take my word for it.. but afaik, with a forged block you're probaly good until 15-16psi until you need to replace the weak stock (155cc?) fuel injectors. The 1.6L Mitia's injectors are a good alternative to something like new $400 440CC's. They're 255cc I think.

i wouldnt boost more than 13, even on a forged block, keep er around 10

with stock fuel management i would say keep it at about 10... at LEAST get some Fuel management cuz otherwise you will be running like crap any higher in the psi #'s

yeah a built motor can take whatever you can throw at it, but with the stock turbo, your lookin at about 15-16 psi, then ur gonna leave the efficency range of it. stock fuel managament i would also go no higher then 10psi, bc in all honesty, its not that good. get some fuel management, MPI or DSM's AFC will work fine. dont quote me, but i believe the max power the stock turbo is good for is around 270hp.
