I got the go ahead

My wife gave me the go ahead for the Mazdaspeed....but... I don't know? I really love my P5 with the hatch and the room, but I really want more power and better handling and I really like the MSpeed. I'm not too crazy about the 2003.5 so if I get one I'm getting the 2003 now. I've had several turbo cars in the past and I loved them all. Great tuner cars...cheap and easy to get big gains. I'm just not sure if the Mazdaspeed will be what I want. The dealer here has 2 black and 2 orange and I'm thinking about test driving one but this sense of doubt has me scared. I graduate college next summer and I'm pretty sure I'm getting a new car then regardless of which Mazda I have. I don't know...what do you guys think....my wife is of little help when it comes to this.

Will u keep the MSP when u get a new car? Turbo your p5 and get the JIC suspension. than u will have the best of both worlds

If you're going to be getting a new car next summer, I say wait and get something really killer. What that would be, I dunno. Our P5s rock... maybe you'll just end up modifying the hell out of it!

You would be losing money from trading in the P5 and getting a speed. if you love the hatch so much why not spend the money you would be losing from a trade on a turbo and suspension upgades? then this summer get a speed or other nice car?

I know I would lose alittle on the P5. I only have 11k miles on her and I owe a couple grand less than she's worth. So I could get at least enough to cover the down payment I need to get the Speed for $300 a month. And that's only $30 more than I pay now....I think that's what's killing me. I don't have the extra cash to spend on turboing and suspension now. But next summer I go into practice with a couple guys that are making good money so if I wait I can just save my money and get something really nice....or just pimp out my P5. This really is a tough one for me but I'll keep thinking about it and maybe

Yeah I think I'll wait. But some how I found myself on the Mazda lot last night starring down 2 MSP's. Anyways I'm reading about the lack of boost the MSP can handle without getting into the engine so I think I'll wait and ethier turbo my P5 or if I'm still interested in the MSP I'll buy one next year and build it up when I have some cash. But thanks for listening. I know you guys understand unlike my wife who stares a hole through me as soon as I mention a car...
