I feel awful.

This is a dumb tale, I just had to vent to someone cuz I felt so stupid after driving this thing.

Well it all started the other day when I asked this guy at my school if I could borrow his car to run to the store to pick up some very important stuff I would be using to complete a school report that I had been doing for about a week now. He said sure, and I knew he was some sort of tuner, so I figured it'd be a fun ride right? WRONG. He threw me the keys, and when I went to the parking lot after being told it was a "green civic", expecting to find some dumb forest green civic 4 door. I couldnt have been more wrong. Sitting in this lot of 5 cars was a lime neon green 4 door civic, with just about every ricey bell and whistle you can buy from the local AutoZone and APC. So I now faced the dilemma of whether to compromise everything I believe in so I could complete this report. I mean this car was awful. So butt ugly that it hurt to look at it. I mean a bad body kit, ugly wheels(chrome 3 spokes to be exact), and oh, the list goes on and on. Anyways, I feel awful 'cuz I went against everything I believe in when I took that car to the K-Mart. Please forum members, forgive me for my sins, never again, never again....

...how can anyone drive such a beast and not feel embarrassed? I was embarrassed just looking at it.:wtf:

wait, dude, are u serious? why do you feel awful...the guy is letting you use his car...umm, you should be grateful

The ability to tighten and install Christmas tree neons to your car is not a tuner. He is simply a out of work seasonal Christmas tree employee.

Need to put a label on the car:
*Surgeon Generals warning: Viewing this car or riding it in has been known to cause.1.Lost of mental capacitate 2.Extreme stomach movements 3.Extreme rage resulting in a massive beat down of owner*

:D

But least you got to drive a car. Now just wait till you get back in your P5.

Haha guys, its a stupid tale, I mean half of it was in good humor, but I mean why would you ever do any of this to your car? I don't understand...

...and just so you know, I was grateful for his generosity, he is a great guy. I just dont agree with his taste, and I felt dumb driving it. Sorry if Ive wasted everyone's time.

well, u added on to your original post, now it sounds like more of it was in good fun....

I'm glad you edited your original post, - now you don't sound so pathetically condescending.

Yeah, we've all be stuck with a beater once in a while. Just realize that most of the kids on this forum's parents would probably feel the same way if they had to borrow their kids cars.

"One mans hamburger......"

you'll be happy to know that the car you described would fit right in at a K-Mart parking lot :)
