I brought my Ms3 into the dealer today.

I brought in my ms3 because I have a nail in the sidewall and slammed into a pot hole and dented my rim. I bought the total care protection plan with the car purchase. I need a loaner car to get to work and they denied me saying "we do not offer loaner cars on that plan"... i have a feeling I'm being ripped off...

Is this true that they do not offer a loaner with that plan, im pretty sure i remember them saying they offered a loaner?

I dont see why looking in my paperwork would help, they said they do not offer it with that plan. I was just wondering if anyone has had the same problems...

well if they dont offer it in the plan they wont give you a loaner car.

I confused, you start by saying that you are upset you didn't get a loaner car. Somone says check the paper work, as it would say whether you get a loaner car or not. Then you just end up agreeing with the dealer and asking if other people have this problem. What problem the whole dealer problem and not reading the paper work or the slamming into pot hole problem?

I'm pretty sure Mazda has canceled their loaner program.

Ok, I will break it down for you.

If the program you signed up for says you get a loaner, you get a loaner.

My local dealers give a free rental through the local rental car company if getting warranty repair, either Hertz or Avis. My service and extended warranty plans do have it in writing that warranty repairs got me a free loaner.

That said, check your stuff out or no whining.
