I am still here guys.

I got a new toy, that i am very excited about. I took an MSF course a month ago and got my motorcycle license.

The bike i got is a 2007 Kawasaki Ninja ex250. This bike has been made this same way since ~1986 with only minor changes.
Yes it's only a 250, but it's my first bike, it gets ~70mpg, and still does 0-60 in 5.75 seconds (enough to scare me shitless). Plus with MSRP of $2999 you just can't go wrong.
This purchase will also allow me to modify my p5 without worries of not having a car to get to work the next day.
anyway, on to the pictures of the bike. I removed the stupid looking flame decals that all 2007 ex 250 come with.

i am doing my best :)

I have a helmet a jacket and gloves. I wear those every time i ride. also no shorts...

nice starter bike i started with a 650 and had never even driven a dirt bike before... it was to much bike for me and i haven't tried again since with a smaller bike... uber jealous man

70mpg drool! Too bad the wife would never let me get one.

Its funny how in a gas shortage people buy $25K hybrids that get 50mpg instead of a $3K bike that gets 70mpg. If you're worried about the oil companies burning a hole in your pocket...there seems to be an obvious solution.

(if the weather is nice...and you don't have to transport anyone...and you don't have to transport anything you can't fit in a backpack...and you don't mind getting run off the road by suvs)
