hydroxycut?

GLA45
has anyone tried it before and what level of success have you gotten? i just want to lower my body fat percentage without having to stop eating all things that taste good. i was thinking of giving it a shot. i tried xenadrine before back when it had ephedra in it but i couldn't do that for more than a week cause i couldn't fall asleep and just felt all weird the whole time, but i figured now that it's ephedra free i'll think about giving it a shot.

lol, i've been hanging at 3000 for about a week now, before that i was at 2999 for a week or so, i didn't want to leave 2999 ever but i had to post :)

I used it. But the formula of Hydroxycut that I used had the now banned ephedra. I haven't tried the new one (I didn't need too, lost 35 lbs!)

Worked great, I lost the wieght like about 3 1/2 or so months!

you can't depend on any drug/supplement to lose weight and not have your diet in check.

FYI - ephedra is banned but can still be bought legally. that banning was nothing but a political show

what i mean is, do you need to continue to take it in order for the results to stay?

i don't plan to lose weight, just a bit of body fat. my diet is pretty good, i plan on making it better too, but i don't want to live a life of sacrifice needlessly, so if pills can help, then good.

fwiw, i'm 5'9", 180lbs and go to the gym 5-6 days/week, but since i took 2 months off before starting up a month ago there is some fat in the guttal area that i'd like to get rid of so i can see my abs more clearly again

that's the same line of thinking that led to the banning

sigh
i don't plan on using anything with ephedra in it, nor using anything that makes me feel unhealthy as it did when i tried it. people got hurt from it because they ignored these things, and that led to it being banned. i just want something that can help my body lose fat more while maintaining muscle

the thing i want to avoid is having to eat like a body builder before a competition to drop the fat, 1200 calories/day and burning that much at the gym too

for a few weeks before competition bodybuilders cut back on their food intake so that their body uses all of the last fat reserves and they get the nice veiny look. they also cut back on water intake for a day or 2 before to help with the look
