Hwy 9 Fun Run!

w00t! That was a gas. Now to get ~5 hrs sleep. (coffee) The Wife's asleep, so I'm not going to get grief until tomorrow night. (sleep)

Wild life almost pwn3d us, but I'm pretty sure we all made it home!(thumb)

I noticed some scary, fresh looking skid-marks on hwy35, between Page mill/Alpine and Hwy 9. Did anyone else see them?

G35 has no leg room inside, at least not for me. When I test drove it, my legs was all snuggle in, almost touching the steering wheel. For the similar price and performance, I'd rather go with 350z. Considering, alot of R34 Skyline technologies are also used on the 350z. If I remember correctly, the 04 or 05 G35 doesn't come with Brembo anymore?

From what I have read the '05 Mustang has a much improved improved suspension.

And for Roy and his G35. He is short so he doesn't care :p

When looking at compact SUVs with my fiancee I had a hell of a time finding one that was comfortable behind the wheel. Of the ones we could consider only the Mazda Tribute and Subaru Forrester were good matched for me.

Jimmy,

What kind of headunit do you have on your WRX? If you have something with a line-in or a CD Changer controller the best is to get an adapter that will let you hook it up directly with RCA cables. Otherwise your stuck with FM Modulation.

Got a call back from Beau today. Bad news... He pressure tested his entire stock of fuel rails and the vast majority were leaking, and he didn't trust the ones that weren't. Looks as though he got a bad batch from the machine shop. So it looks as though I'll be towing the car to San Diego and a replacement rail will be sent straight to SPD when they are ready. Sad days for me.
