Hwy 9 Fun Run!

I can get you one for $300 new, it has the option to upgrade to a TV w/ a tuner module upgrade. It's all Samsung parts and comes in either black or silver.

I've still been running, and it's fun. :D Me and Sonny(with the MSM) did a hwy9/empire grade/bonny doon run last night. We also checked out Alba Rd...dood, we have to go back up there!(wow)
Steep, smooth and twisty as hell; like jamison creek without the bad surface.

We're planning another fun run on fri night, weather permitting. You oughtta join us for some Hwy9 Miata Madness!(woowoo)

I would, like you said, weather permitting. I'm about to order some new T1S-es pretty soon as any water will make the rear dance around -----> (doughpoke

That circuit is fun, I've done it a few times. I believe my brake pads caught fire once on that circuit.

Have you driven up Upper Zayante, from Graham Hill to HWY 17? Pretty fun going up the mountain, lots of gear changing (and 2nd gear synchro abuse from me), and switchbacks. And passing by the Llama farm is pretty cool for a photo op.

No, I haven't done that loop. I'm pretty sure I've seen Zayante Rd off of either Summit Rd or Hwy 35, though. I tripped out because Zayante Rd begins in Felton. (uhm)

Ean lived off of Upper Zayante, he also crashed his celica on that road. Also, one of those WRX owners that we went out with one night lived off of that road.

Yeah, it dumps you off on either Summit or 35 then it's a right turn and 17 is very close by (IIRC). I was still trippin on the Llamas tho, so the details are sketchy.

I'm dyin to go for a drivey drive, but my tranny is having none of it. I really should start looking for a new tranny soon.

Jimmy needs a new clutch on his suby, which will probably get replaced under the clutch shudder TSB.

I wish my car was running damn it...

Longest wait for me to be able to trust my car to drive evar...

I feel your pain, Jared. :( I was about to snap and it hadn't even been a month!
Here's to hoping that you get your car back on the road ASAP. (drinks)

hey hey, mine had mad powah too (back in it's day) It's now like the MP3 of the laptop world.

Amazing screen, well built, but just not enough power on the hood for the most demanding applications if it is to be used as a primary computer (how I was using it)

:p

On a related note,

Jimmy, Ya said your shop might be interested in picking up a 4U rackmount ATX case from me? It's in perfect shape, but since I am ditching all my recording gear I am going back to a tower instead of the rack mount.
