Don't do the HE's there are a couple other coils you might want to look into for the same price range. Namely Silkroad and GP sports. These are monotube coilovers with similar attributes. The Tein HE is a twin tube damper. The monotube will prove to be far better performing if driving aggressively for periods at a time.
Anywas, you're so close I really recommend coming down to the shop. One of my T2's approx 450whp will be leaving next weekend to get painted. I won't have it for a month after that. If you come next week I can show you.
Just a little background, cause I think we're the only place that gives a s*** about FC, I've been around FC's for the past 12 years. I personally have bought at least 12-15 FC's in that time. Currently I own a built up GTUs, which might be for sale soon, Three Turbo2's, and another GXL FC. All the T2's are white, hehe. I have RE-Amemiya FC2K kit for one. GP Sports/M-Sports widebody for the other one. Tripoint widebody for the third one. These cars have been built for GTUs - SoloII and Roadrace, GP - Show, Drift Exhibition, Drag, RE - Roadrace and to just have an authentic RE like FC, Tripoint - waiting to do LS1/T56 swap for TIME ATTACK. Blue GXL, will be built into a straight Drift Competition car not driven by me. hehe. For a couple of our drivers to campaign.
ARe you going to sevenstock? Sept 10-12. There are triplets of my GP FC, one will be on display at SS. Here's a pic of one of them below. I know we're gonna make NATEY's car into one of these. hehe. Do the 5 lug swap, J-spec, Microtech, a nice T04, HKS manifold. The basics. Should be good for 300whp and be reliable as hell. We're currently producing our own equal length turbo kit, Horizontal Mount IC to mate with our custom Radiator, to top it all off a CF Vented hood to bring air into our HMIC. We're pushing hard to bring the FC back into the game. It's been a good 5 year process for me keeping on it. 2005 is the YEAR OF THE FC. Sorry guys, had to do the shameless plug. Looks like a trend might start. Nate gots his, Dan, me, who else is coming with us. Get a FC for a race car, Protege for going to work.
Natey, Tony told me about the BBQ but i had to work and get ready for this wedding i'm leaving for right now. Just wanted to say, "DAMN I MISSED THE NPOT1 MEETING". SOB. I think i'm one of the founding members too, s***. hehe. At least on the Board of Council. LOL!!!!!

I better start saving my dough, That thing's SICK!Hehe, thanks Nate. OK I am the Founder. LOL!!!!! But we at NPOT are not interested in individuals, we are a team, a team with options. Plus the anacronym is just some funny ironic s***. I think we should go national and just call it POT, Protege Options Team, or keep it the same and it's the National Protege Options Team. hehehehe.
Nate I have this kit in stock, a replica version of it that is very very nice. That is only like $900.00 for the whole thing. It's sick. Get some brakes off any GXL FC or I'll look for one so you can swap the brakes out. I know you want the factory 4 piston brakes. hehe.
When's the next meet? We can do the brakes at the shop. lol. I'm saving my duckets to get a brake lathe so i don't have to send them down the street. lol.
