Nice video. Damn, crazy deers. I was cruising down oak glen road in Morgan Hill the other night and had the same thing happen. Scares the heck out of you, at least you didn't drive off the side of a hill like Dr. Sound, poor guy, the deer lived but his Mazdaspeed saw the end of it's life.

EDIT: Just saw your screen grab from the video, nice. damn that was close. Much closer then my recent adventure.

That deer is about three inches from Ya's front end!
First the damn thing almost ran into the rear of my car, then it almost got taken out by thost guys.

Gotta love those Miata brakes!

If I ever go up there to make it for one of the runs, I'm definitely going to install a couple of those deer whistles or whatever they are. I -do not- like the idea of my car being f'd over by Bambi!

Next ride (reflashed)

Howdy all,

Man was that deer close. Yet another hazdard to watch for.
I'm getting my MSP reflashed tomorow (wed) and can't wait. i've been bitching about that hesitation since I first drove the car off the lot.

I would be down for a trip up 9 after my reflashing to really check it out. Just wanted to see if anyone was down for meeting tomorow around summit/vista late afternoon.
