HT/ignition leads

I've just had to replace my HT leads, and being a bear of little brain(loser), I neglected to mark which lead was connected to which pole on the distributer!(braindead
I've tried various combinations of lead to dizzy, but to no avail. It's mounted on right side of engine with posts pointing up. I'm not sure which is number one, or if it will run anti clockwise. All I know is that the leads from 1 and 2 will not reach to the far side of the dizzy. I believe that firing order is 1-3-4-2
Can anybody point me in the right direction please?(gah)

I'm assuming this is the previous gen 2/demio as the gen we have here in the states is a COP setup

I've not got an idea mate.
All I know is it's a Mazda 2 Sakata 2006
I'm not sure what the difference is between one or the other. I know plod will have faster cars/upgraded suspension etc....

The dizzy is marked as 3-2-1-4, with 3 and 1 being closest to head.
Still no joy in getting her running.
