my p5 is trowing that code above how would i know what O2 sensor is the faulty one...the one above or below the header?

what's bank 1 sensor 1?

Yes the 02 sensor closest to the head or the one on top is your primary.

stalling problems can occur from bad reading from a bad 02 sensor

if the o2 sensor is really messed up the ecu will not be able to make proper air fuel trims and the car will operate in a 'limp mode' more than likely, just enough to run the engine safely and move the car around.
