A basic how to doc on how to post with attachments, some people have issues with this so we figured this will help out instead of everyone answering the questions.
Step 1) Scroll down until you see the "manage attachments" icon and click on it
Step 2) You get the following screen, select browse
Step 3) Now pick where your file is located and click open
Step 4) Now click the upload button
Step 5) Once the file is uploaded you will see it show up, if you want to upload more files repeat steps 2-4. If your finished click the close this window button.
Step 6) Now you are back to your original post, you will see the files again listed there. Finish typing your message if you have not already done so and then click the submit new thread button.
If you have the pics with the msprotege piece of paper like the example below, where you are located, how much you want no mods or people will be bugging you for pics or to follow the rules.
If you did it properly you will see a file like below.
