How to enable touchscreen in a 2023 CX-5?

Is there a way to enable touchscreen in CX-5 2023?
I'm assuming here that the infotainment screen is actually a touchscreen which is disabled via firmware/software.

Apparently not!

With older model years and firmwares, you could apply the AIO tweaks, which were essentially a series of hacks, one of which would enable touchscreen while driving. In later firmware versions, Mazda closed the loophole that allowed these hacks, so no touchscreen for you!

(On our 2019, I applied the AIO tweaks, so now I cannot upgrade the firmware, or I'd lose them. That's OK by me as there is nothing that I care about in the later FW versions anyway.)

While I'm fine with no touch as the driver, I would like my passenger to be able to control music or navigation more easily.

I know its upgrade from NA03 2023 to NA12 2024, does anyone know if it is possible to obtain the touchscreen and wireless aa/cp from replacing the headunit?

Its dumb thing what Mazda did. I am temp driving another car and having the touch ability at any time is quite useful.
Agree 100%. I had a Ford Escape and the touch screen was so easy to use. I still cannot get used to the round shifter, never can figure out which way to move it to get where I need to get quickly.

10.25 Touch screen doesn't work for Mazda native stuff, however it can be enabled for Android Auto and Apple Car Play, even while driving.

Also agree. They failed to realize that Android Auto was designed to use a touchscreen not that dumb knob. It's clunky and not intuitive. I find myself looking more at the screen trying to figure out where the highlighted button is. Ever use Windows without a mouse and you have to use the arrow keys? That's what AA is without a touch screen. I find it hard to believe that all '23 CX-5s screen is just a piece of glass. I would bet my left testicle that it's possible to turn the screen to a touchscreen with a code or software update.
