How-To: CP Racing STB in a P5

have you tried pm-ing a mod? enry? antoine? anyone? someone, please! this how-to will benefit the community greatly. i will kick charles' dog if this isn't put in the how-to section soon!

Yeah, I did.
LinuxRacr and Kooldino are the two mods for the how to section, but they're not around very much anymore. I nominate me for How-To guy.

Don't let Charles's dog get kicked! Vote for Natey!

Free bump for the How-To Section....

I love this thing, it makes a big difference over the stock bar!

*Cutting and pasting this into my personal-handy-dandy-P5-DIY-folder* Thanks much Nate

you are correct.

no, nothing to do with the airbag, i mean c'mon do you think such an important system would have exposed wires and a connector in easy reach just be running in the engine bay like that?....nope.

All airbag wire harnesses have a bright yellow jacket or have a bright yellow connector, or some form of bright yellow to indicate airbag wires.

thats a grouped ground point. All the wires in the white connector are grounds from different circuits. By grouping the ground point, it reduces resistance.

Look around the rest of the car, you'll find more that look just like it.

Nice write up Nate dogg ;)

if you have an OEM windshield, the proper way to realign the wipers is to position the blades where it will line up next to the dots on the glass... then put the nuts on and tighten them... afterwards, test to make sure you got it right by turning on the wipers and then turning them off... you may have noticed that they are not lined up perfectly... don't panic yet, lift each of the wipers off the windshield slightly and set them back down gently, if they are lined up afterwards, then you have got it done right.... the reason why this happens is because the rubber on the wipers puts tension on the whole wiper system so it keeps it from going to where it's supposed to

It's not an airbag sensor, it's a grounding location. The airbag sensor in our cars is located under the dashboard.
