How to change power steering fluid?

Hi all,

Can anyone point me in the right direction in terms of replacing the power steering fluid? From what I hear, I can suck some up from the top, then for the rest, I can pull a hose (not sure which one), and then start pouring in new fluid until all the old has been flushed.

try useing a turkey juice thing to suck out all the old fluid and just unblot it and pour out the rest
