How to aim my headlights higher on my 2010 Mazda3???

Hey all... Long time since I posted here...

I recently got a 2010 Mazda3 and cannot see 15 feet beyond the car at night. The headlamps are aimed really low. Is there an adjustment for these? The car is the base hatch model without the HID lamps.

There is a small wheel on the back of my headlight (MS3) that is used for vertical aiming. I would take it to the dealer and tell them to fix it this time but if time is an issue have at it.
