How to adjust TomTom voice volume?

I'm probably going to feel really silly missing something obvious, but how do I change (increase) the volume of the Tom Tom turn-by-turn voice guidance?

You know, the "Left turn ahead" kind of prompts?

I've seen options for changing the Tom Tom voice selection and options in BlueTooth Setup for "Voice Guidance" volume, but nothing seems to affect the directions voice volume.

Nevermind :) I dug up the TomTom manual, and I see it mentions tapping the center icon when in Driving Mode. I was trying to change it via Settings when not navigating anywhere.

You can also adjust it by pressing the volume up or down button during the prompt.

as mentioned separately, there are two DIFFERENT volumes for the nav to adjust, there is the center button volume level and then the volume dial (or buttons on wheel) when the voice is talking, they are independent of each other, both adjust the volume but don't represent the other setting, its very bizarre

i have the center scree "button" volume set to about 4/5 of full, then just adjust the volume with the knob/buttons when its talking for music/road conditions

Yes, it took me awhile to figure that out. I had the slider all the way over at 100%, yet I could just barely hear the voice. Then on a whim I tried turning the physical audio knob while she was speaking and viola... I could adjust the volume to hear it. But you only get a few seconds before the knob stops responding and you need to start over. Very confusing.

yeah they really dropped the ball on volume adjustment for whole system, they should have had each one adjustable individually to whatever reference level you want, (phone, audio, nav) and then have main volume adjust them ALL together after that
