How do you remove the grill to install the autoexe???

Geez this is really a PITA, I took off the 2 screws on each side, then took off 1 screw behind the grill on each side and now I can see that there is a screw holding the middle in where the badge sits but I cant seem to get it out. Any ideas?

nvm, I ended up breaking the 2 clips in the middle that hold it in. There is no screw in the middle.
