How do i get the salt stains out!!???????

Okay guys its me again with another of my annoying questions, those who live in Montreal know what i mean; i have a ring of salt stains on the cars carpet. i tried everything, ex: carpet cleaner, vinegar..... What do you guys use?

I have found a little hot water with some Oxyclean powder (you can get it at C&T). Mix it up real good, soack the carpet, suck up with a shop vack. For bad deep stains, do it a second time and use a brush to clear up the little left overs before using the shop vack.

k so i put vinigar in a spray bottle with some hot water and it did nothing!!!!!!, theres like a nasty ring of salt around my carpet i wanna put my summer carpets in

ya man, maybe i put too much water and not enough vinigar, what if i dont put any water just vinigar?.... forget that my car will smell like s***!
