Congrats to the Devils, they deserved to win with the way they played tonight. And congrats to the Ducks for a phenomenal playoff run that nobody expected. Giguere will have a long, productive career.

was a great series...the ducks didnt make it easy!!
I feel bad for the ducks goalie though...he was a little teary eyed!

Hell yeah it was darn good. And not to mention all those former teammates (including the brother Niedermayers) playing against each other. I just couldn't stand Petr Sykora always streaking down the right wing!! It just didn't feel right, you know?

The big test for the Ducks is, can they sustain the excellence they achieved this year? Can Giguere prove he's not a 1 hit wonder? Look at the Hurricanes - they stunk this year.

But I'm very happy! I can still remember that sinking sick feeling when Ray Bourque raised the Cup...

I humbly bow to the NJ Devils. They put the Ducks in their place - 2nd. Do you think Giguere deserved the Con Smythe? (spelling?). thought that Brodeur played better in the series, Jiggy better in the post season. IMHO.

Jiggy deserved the Conn Smythe. Too bad we had to boo him, but heck, he's the enemy. Where would the Ducks have been without him in the first round agains the Wings? Devils don't have one outstanding star, that's their policy and it takes away from individual achievements on that team...

and the Rangers will continue to suck!!! hahahaha They had news reports where some Rangers fans had converted to Devils fans. That was funny.

Ducks fans, sorry, but it seems there were a lot of tailgate barbecues in the Meadowlands parking lot that was serving roast duck. But the dummy w/the NJ Devil uniform plastered on the front of the zamboni in Anaheim was funny too...

Imagine: 6 of the TOP FIFTEEN FORWARDS in ALL of the NHL ON ONE TEAM!!!!!! And it's the AVS?!?!?!?!

If they find themselves a goalie, they will be UNTOUCHABLE!!!!!
