Hey Members,
I am curious to know if anyone else has experienced this problem after installing the HKS ssqv in recirc mode. Lately after my install of the HKS I started to notice a exhaust POP every once awhile on low boost or VAC release mainly between 1st to 2nd shifts. I never experienced this with my Forge...it's really strange. now before you ask I've already check these things:
1. All Lines and fittings are tight.
2. The return hose has NO kinks in it.
3. The BOV hat has been reclocked and no kinks in vac hose.
4. Dash-Hawk is reading 14.69 a/f at idle and between shifts it goes some
where between 13.2 - 14.90 so I know thats good.
So i know the recirc is suppose to keep the car from going rich between shifts, but it seems that even with the recirc I'm still running rich between each low boost shift and the BOV is still working, that's where I don't understand where this Exhaust pop is coming from.
ANY Takes?
