I just recently put on a HKS BOV MS3 kit That I purchased from JSC speed, and I thought it was gonna come with everything needed to make it recirc...but it didn't. Now its VTA and my car is running really rich and overall isnt running as smoothly as it used to. Just wondering if if anyone else has this problem and what anybody did to fix it..THNX!!

First off, there are multiple HKS SSQV kits for the MS3. Secondly, it would help if you tell us which kit and why yours can't be run in recirc.

I got my MS3-specific kit (71004-AZ008) from JSCSpeed and it came with everything.

I got the same one as you did. I would like to know what additional hardware I need to plumb the valve back into the stock recirculation vacuum line. The Recirc Vacuum tube didnt seem to be long enough

Recirc vacuum tube? Which one, the recirc or the vacuum tube? If it's the recirc, you can use the stock one, but it will kink. Here is how I fixed it.
