to tune all you need is a cord to hook up to the SSAFC and a laptop
then just record, floor it, look at results, add/take away fuel where needed, and repeat until everything is smooth
It feels like I need to add fuel in the lower RPMS. It kinda bogs unill 4-5k then it takes off to redline.
Hahaha Idk well see. lol Maybe we can meet up after you finish work one day. Where do you work at? I probably will only be able to give you a test drive. lol
i need to try that... i mean i already have but have no patients...
btw cres... that puppy seems to take off now ... your car probably faster then mine
sand island access road is a nice little road... be careful though
watch the wideband in the lower RPMS... yeah at 4-5k you are in open loop... mine has a little kick in that range too if you look at the bump in my dynosheet
bogging can also be cause by too much fuel... shoot for 11.5-12afr
From 2k to 5k rpm my afrs are in the 13-14 range.....
hook up a laptop and click the..umm....
DANGER TO MANIFOLD!!!! and then tell it to SHUT UP!
hook up a laptop and click the..umm....i forget the button, but one of the buttons on the program reads the map from the SSAFC
kinda hard to explain it since i dont have my laptop, but im pretty sure u have the superstock map loaded on yours
fixed (lol2)
I think it's in the menu. Something like copy map from ecu. Hehe just dig around
of your getting 12.1 during boost you are at optimal as far as I can tell without am actual dyno pull
Ahh ok
lol
Yea I might just stick with the superstock map. It seems to be working. Probably gonna hit the Dyno next tuesday.
Hey Thomas where did you go to dyno? Rad is charging $115 for 3 pulls.
