Hit and Run

I got in a hit in run the other day around midnight. i was driving up a hill and i saw headlight and as soon as i got over the crest of the hill i realized the guy was in my lane trying to hug the corner and i swerved across the oncoming lane and went into a field and hit a tree. i'm just glad i barely hit the tree instead of if i was just 10 or so inches to the right i would have hit it dead on.

insurance is trying to say it's a "no fault" which basically means it's my fault. so apparently if i had hit the car head on, i'd be in better standing with insurance.

yes i know. i am saving for rims and a drop. =)

that is really unfortunate. about 3 months ago, someone hit my car, which was parked in an alley. they left the car there and ran away!!! LOL

That really blows. Drive it into a remote lake and tell the police it was stolen. lol

Insurance is right, which sucks balls. It is better if you hit someone who is breaking the law than to mess your car up without hitting anyone. People around here are always getting in the wrong lane while going around corners. What the hell...usually a luxery suv driven by some dick s*** who can't keep their car in their own lane.
