Don't feel bad. I slid sideways into a curb at about 30 mph. I caused $7800 in damage. All sorts of s*** was messed up. Don't feel bad about a few scratches. BTW it was fixed about 7 months ago. Got a reckless driving ticket for that one. COPS are freakin iceholes.

I have countless threads that address my Parkinglot autocross accident that caused basically the same level of damage. The worst what the Drivers side suspension that had to be competely replaced. My only question to you is this, how long was your car at the shop?

about 5 weeks at the shop. My wife was pissed, she had to take me to work the whole time.lol

Before I get pissed off that mine took so long, what was the damage that you had?

Front dr side fender, control arm, strut, wheel, 3 tires blown, cradle was bent almost in half, power steering rack snapped in two, oil pan, front bumper cover, unibody frame slightly modified(lol), Fog light dr side, axle, cv boot dr side, There's more, I can't remember everything, Tell you this much though, it sucked...........

the main reason mine took so long was they had everything in(parts) then they took the old cradle off and found my power steering rack snapped in two. They had to order that which took about 2 additional weeks.

mine was in for 14 WEEKS. What a bad shop. I went through hell with them, Its still not done properly, and they went out of buisness. Now I get to send it to my own shop. Im damn thankful for that!
