Hid !!!

i finally found a performance store to install a HID headlight for my MP5 and they offering around $400- $420 for it.
i looked up package and everything in there are made in German.
but the problem are:
1.what Color Temperture should i get.
2.is that going to be illegal for headlight over 6000K in USA.
if have any comments or suggestions, please share with me and people in here.

Hopefully you're getting the McCullogh from SoCal. They're the only ones besides MTC that I would get.
